Verify Information

Sign and Submit Application

Customers can download and sign the statutory documents, then upload them to our website for confirmation. We will then submit the formation application to the government (typically takes about 5 working days / expedited service can be completed in as fast as 1 day).

Collection Company Documents

Once the Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate are issued, we will prepare the Company Kit (including Articles of Association and company seal). We can also assist in arranging bank account referrals to help you start local and international business.
